Our community features a wide range of amenities designed for comfort and convenience, including a resort-style pool, fitness center, grilling stations, clubroom, library, conference rooms, mini market, picnic paseo, dog park, and pickleball court.
Are the apartments furnished or unfurnished?
Our apartment homes are currently offered unfurnished, allowing you to personalize your space and make it your own.
Is renter's insurance required?
Yes, renter’s insurance is required with a minimum of $300,000 in liability coverage to help protect you and your home.

How do I apply for an apartment?
Getting started is easy! Simply reach out to our leasing team for current availability and pricing, and we’ll guide you through the application process.
How long does the application process take?
The application itself typically takes about 15 minutes to complete. Once submitted, approvals and lease preparation usually take 3–5 business days, depending on how quickly required documents are provided.
Can I apply online?
Absolutely! You can browse available homes, select your preferred floor plan, and complete your application entirely online for your convenience.

How do I submit a maintenance request?
Residents can easily submit maintenance requests through the online resident portal and grant permission for our team to enter if needed.
Is emergency maintenance available?
Yes, we offer 24/7 emergency maintenance. Simply call our office number and follow the prompts for immediate assistance.
How quickly are maintenance issues resolved?
Routine maintenance requests are typically completed within 48 hours. Emergency requests are responded to within 1 hour, with resolution times depending on the situation.

What security features does the community offer?
Our community offers features such as controlled access, fob entry, and overnight courtesy patrol to enhance peace of mind.
Is there controlled access or gated entry?
Yes, our community features gated entry with fob-controlled access.
Are there security cameras on-site?
Yes, security cameras are located in select common areas, including the clubroom.
Move-In & Living
What is the move-in process like?
On move-in day, we’ll welcome you with a brief 15-minute visit to the leasing office to pick up your keys and review helpful tips to ensure a smooth transition into your new home.
Can I transfer units within the community?
Yes, transfers are available with a written 60-day notice, a transfer fee, and a new security deposit.
What is your policy on lease renewals?
Renewal offers are sent approximately 75 days before your lease ends, giving you plenty of time to review your options. If you plan to move out, a written 60-day notice is required.

Is high-speed internet available?
Yes! All homes include high-speed AT&T Fiber internet through WhiteSky-managed equipment, so there’s no need to set up a separate account.
Do you offer online rent payments and resident portals?
Yes, residents have access to an online portal and mobile app for convenient rent payments, maintenance requests, and account management.
